God invites us to meditate on His Word day and night, assuring us that doing so brings strength and life to our whole being. Scripture reminds us that when we listen closely to His voice and keep His teachings before us, it nourishes us spiritually and supports our physical well‑being. This devotional encourages you to slow down, lean in, and let God’s Word become the source of health, peace, and renewal in your daily walk.

Real friendship with God isn't a feeling you chase, and staying alert to what's working against you isn't paranoia. These three days sit at that intersection. What it costs to refuse a lesser substitute for God's presence. Why the danger rarely looks like danger at all. What it means to actually let something you hear change you, instead of agreeing with it. Three days, one posture: close enough to notice.

Renewing your mind to God's word is the key to lasting change. This short plan will give you keys to make renewing your mind a part of your daily life.
