Isaías 26:1

Have you ever sat in front of your oven waiting for a frozen pizza to finish cooking?... Then you know what it’s like to wait in anticipation for something you want. Well here's some Good News you don’t have to wait for: Jesus is born! God has saved the world from sin! And guess what? He’s coming back again!

For some, Christmas time can be full of grief, tragedy, hurt, and division. Yet Christmas celebrates that God became a human and stepped right into the middle of our hurting, angry, chaotic world to bring us peace—peace among people and, even more importantly, peace with God. Join us this Advent season in looking at the peace brought by Christ.

This Bible plan will encourage and fill you with faith in the Lord’s peace during times of pain. As you journey through these scriptures and reflections, you will be reminded that God is near to the brokenhearted and that His peace surpasses all understanding. No matter what trials you face, His promises remain true—He will never leave you nor forsake you. Let these words strengthen your heart, renew your trust in His goodness, and bring you the comfort that only He can provide.

This devotional is designed to bring you closer to God through weekly prayer guides. Prayer can often be hard without structure, and Rachel Wojo is here to help you speak to the Lord with questions for reflection that will help you deepen your relationship with God and find your identity in Him.
