Tehillim (Psa) 26

1By David:

Vindicate me, Adonai,

for I have lived a blameless life;

unwaveringly I trust in Adonai.

2Examine me, Adonai, test me,

search my mind and heart.

3For your grace is there before my eyes,

and I live my life by your truth.

4I have not sat with worthless folks,

I won’t consort with hypocrites,

5I hate the company of evildoers,

I will not sit with the wicked.

6I will wash my hands in innocence

and walk around your altar, Adonai,

7lifting my voice in thanks

and proclaiming all your wonders.

8Adonai, I love the house where you live,

the place where your glory abides.

9Don’t include me with sinners

or my life with the bloodthirsty.

10In their hands are evil schemes;

their right hands are full of bribes.

11As for me, I will live a blameless life.

Redeem me and show me favor.

12My feet are planted on level ground;

in the assemblies I will bless Adonai.

선한 사람의 기도

(다윗의 시)

1여호와여,

내가 흠 없이 살고

흔들림이 없이

주를 의지하였습니다.

나에게 죄가 없음을 인정해 주소서.

2여호와여,

나를 살피시고 시험하셔서

내 마음의 생각과

동기를 알아보소서.

3주의 한결같은 사랑이

언제나 내 앞에 있으므로

내가 주의 진리 가운데 걸어갑니다.

4내가 거짓된 자들과

자리를 같이하지 않고

위선자들과 사귀지도 않습니다.

5나는 악을 행하는 자들과

어울리는 것을 싫어하며

그들과 함께 앉지도 않습니다.

6여호와여,

내가 무죄함을 보이려고 손을 씻고

주의 제단 앞에 나아가

7감사의 찬송을 부르며

주의 놀라운 일을 말합니다.

8여호와여, 주가 계신 집과

주의 영광이 있는 곳을

내가 사랑합니다.

9나의 영혼을 죄인들과 함께,

나의 생명을 살인자들과 함께

거두어 가지 마소서.

10그들은 언제나 악을 행하며

뇌물을 받기에 급급하지만

11나는 흠 없이 살아가고 있습니다.

여호와여, 나를 불쌍히 여기시고

구해 주소서.

12내가 모든 위험 가운데서도

넘어지지 않고 안전하게 섰으니

많은 사람 앞에서

여호와를 찬양하겠습니다.
