Anger. Greed. Deceit. These are some causes of conflict in the workplace. It’s easy to spot these in others, but what about identifying them in ourselves? This Bible reading plan guides you through five causes of conflict. Ask God’s Holy Spirit to convict you if any of them ring true of you.

Gossip, you know it’s bad, but you know you want to. A story shared. A side comment. A roll of the eyes. All of the words we use have incredible power to build up or tear down. Words used for gossip are especially toxic. This plan helps clarify what gossip is, where it stems from, and how if we have nothing nice to say, we shouldn’t say anything at all.

Words, words, words, power-filled words! Words that build or words that tear down. Words that give life or words that bring death. The choice is ours. Let’s evaluate the significant power that is held in our words.
