“The time promised by God has come at last!” he announced. “The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!” One day as Jesus was walking along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew throwing a net into the water, for they fished for a living. Jesus called out to them, “Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!” And they left their nets at once and followed him. A little farther up the shore Jesus saw Zebedee’s sons, James and John, in a boat repairing their nets. He called them at once, and they also followed him, leaving their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired men.

4 Days
Tony Evans gives you a book summary for each of the Gospels in this four-day reading plan, helping you to gain a broader understanding of this important section of the Bible.
Christians live in light of eternity. But do we really know what heaven is? Where it is? When it is? What it will be like? And what we will do? I’m afraid many of us have settled for answers to these questions that are only half-true. In this reading plan, we’ll replace four half-truths about heaven with whole-truths that fuel our hope for our lives and work in the present.
Home can mean different things to different people. For followers of Jesus, this world is not our home. Over these next four days, we will be exploring what it means to live as citizens of Heaven here on earth, preparing for the coming of our King.
Many Christians struggle with sharing their faith, feeling stuck between being too pushy or too silent. In this plan, Scott Savage explores how Jesus lived on mission, announcing God's kingdom through both words and actions. Learn why both matter, how to earn the right to be heard in today's culture, and discover your starting point for living out your kingdom mission daily with confidence and grace.
