One in thirteen people globally suffer from a form of anxiety disorder. There are three main reasons why we suffer from anxiety: fear, lack of trust and unbelief. This plan will look at each of these to see what the Bible says about them.

It seems like everyone is searching for “work-life balance” only to find the ideal elusive and out of reach. Maybe that’s because we’re searching for the wrong thing. In this four-day plan I will propose a better, and I believe, more biblical approach for fulfilling all of our roles with excellence for the glory of God.

During this time, Tolkien wrote a brilliant parable called, "Leaf by Niggle". In this four-day plan, I’ll highlight biblical truths from that short story which give us great hope for our work today.

Life is like a battle – it's tough and it often feels like we’re losing. But God wants us to walk in victory, because the battle’s already been won. Life is sometimes a fight; but if you’re a child of God, you’re fighting from a place of strength – you’re not weak, you're strong; not because of you but because of Jesus. Let’s fight like God wants us to fight!
