Leviticus 26:42

The Bible uses three terms for sin. Sin is falling short of God’s standard, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Transgression is deliberate rebellion—choosing to go against God’s will despite understanding it. Iniquity refers to deeper, ingrained patterns of wrongdoing, described as persistent tendencies or inherited weaknesses that lead a person into sin. Through Christ, believers can break free from iniquities, receive forgiveness, and walk in righteousness. This plan is ideal for anyone seeking greater freedom, healthier relationships, and a deeper awareness of God's transformative presence in daily life by letting go of inherited iniquities and living as a new person.

Leviticus is the book most readers intend to read and the fewest finish. Where Exodus brings liberation, Leviticus stops the narrative and replaces it with instruction — sacrifice, purity codes, a holiness code covering everything from worship to wages. What looks like a detour is the Torah’s heart: the God who freed Israel now lives in the camp. How does a people that is not holy live in the presence of a God who is? Over seven days, this plan traces Leviticus’s answer — and finds it is less about burden than about grace.
