Do you deeply feel your need for Jesus? This three-day plan is just for you! Draw near to Jesus in your time alone with Him and cry out to Him. It also serves as an introduction and companion to the eight-part “Jesus, I Need You” series by Thistlebend Ministries.

We all experience difficult seasons of trial. This plan will encourage you through whatever dark time you are facing, guiding you from feelings of inadequacy through hoping when all seems dark to rejoicing on the other side. Refocus your heart on God’s character, and be pointed to his power, wisdom, faithfulness, and love instead of your circumstances or failures. You’ll be redirected to lean on God’s strength, not your own.

These seven words—or postures of the heart—help remind us how and why we give God praise. They come from Hebrew words used throughout the Old Testament to describe different expressions of worship. They are some of the most powerful and descriptive, giving us a deeper understanding of what God means when He invites us to worship Him. As you go through each of these seven words this week, take time to be intentional—not just with your words or songs, but with the posture of your heart in worship.
