And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood You purchased people** for God from every tribe and tongue and people and nation

saying with a great voice, “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive the power and riches and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and blessing.”

and You have made them* a kingdom and priests to our God,* and they* will reign on the earth.”

And I heard every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth* and in the sea, and all the things in them, saying, “To the One who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honour and glory and power forever and ever.”*

Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and its seven seals.
