And He said to him, “Rise and go. Your faith has healed you.” *

So the Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea’; and it would obey you.

Whoever seeks to safeguard his life will lose it, but whoever loses it will preserve it alive.

And He said to His disciples, “It is impossible for causes of sin not to come, but woe to the one * through whom they come! It is better for him if a millstone is hung around his neck and he is thrown into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin.

And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day in which Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed all.
