This hope* we have as an anchor of the soul, both secure and sure, and one which enters within* the veil

For God is not unjust to forget your work and* the love which you have shown for His name, in having served the saints and in continuing to serve them.*

so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge would have strong encouragement to take hold of the hope set before us.

Therefore, leaving behind the elementary* teaching about Christ,* let us press on to perfection,* not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith in God
