Jesus was sent to the Earth to bring peace. And what’s cool is that as followers of Jesus—as party starters—we get to follow His lead. We get to be a part of not just receiving God’s peace but bringing it to others, too. With God’s Spirit at work in us, we can bring real, lasting peace to the people in our lives.

So, ask yourself: Who in my life is struggling? Who could use the gift of peace? Once you think of someone, ask God to lead you toward being a person of peace in their life this week. That’s a great way to start the party for someone else!
