“Walking Dead” Experiencing a loss can lead to many questions and feelings. So many times we wonder where God is in the midst of all of this. In this collision with Jesus not only do we discover that He has experienced the same feelings of sadness, but we see a supernatural response to death when He gets involved. This story challenges many areas of our belief. It challenges what we believe when it comes to life after death. It challenges how we see Jesus: from impersonal teacher to a friend that experienced a great loss. Your view of life can be limited by what you see now or it can be expanded based on what you believe about Jesus. If we believe that death is the end then our life looks different and our sadness is deepened, but if we believe that people who love and follow Jesus have life beyond death, our life is lived differently and death is not the end, but only the beginning.
