Proverbs 27:1-6
![Proverbs 27:1-6 - Do not boast about tomorrow,
for you do not know what a day may bring.
Let someone else praise you, and not your own mouth;
an outsider, and not your own lips.
Stone is heavy and sand a burden,
but a fool’s provocation is heavier than both.
Anger is cruel and fury overwhelming,
but who can stand before jealousy?
Better is open rebuke
than hidden love.
Wounds from a friend can be trusted,
but an enemy multiplies kisses.](/_next/image?url=https%3A%2F%2Fimageproxy.youversionapi.com%2F320x320%2Fhttps%3A%2F%2Fs3.amazonaws.com%2Fstatic-youversionapi-com%2Fimages%2Fbase%2F993%2F1280x1280.jpg&w=640&q=75)
