Therefore I AmHalimbawa

Thank you for starting this journey of learning about the spiritual disciplines! In the first letter to Timothy, Paul tells Timothy to discipline himself towards godliness. It's important that we remember that the purpose of spiritual disciplines is to make us more like Jesus!
Each day of this devotional will contain a video that gives a little explanation of that day's discipline. As you go throughout the week, try to practice each discipline yourself however you see fit. By the end of the week, see how you can start incorporating these practices into your daily or weekly rhythm!

René Descartes once said "I think, therefore I am." If we are to be like Christ, we must let Him inform how we think and how we see the world. Although the word "discipline" may not sound like much fun, the spiritual disciplines are the tools which we can use to make space for God to work in our lives and make us more like Jesus.
