Life is better when we live it together. That was true for Jesus’ friends while He was on Earth, and it’s true for us today. When Jesus’ friends found out He had risen from the dead that Easter morning, they went out to look for him… together. They were experiencing the pain and sorrow of thinking they’d lost Jesus together, and now they wanted to experience the joy and celebration of this moment together, too. That’s because life was not meant to be lived alone. Jesus created us to experience the highs and lows together. So this week, think of a person you know who might be in need of a friend. Reach out to that person and invite them to do something with you—together!
