God Is Greater Than My Circumstances

Have you ever found yourself in a place where you were unable to do what you wanted to do?  Maybe it was your surroundings, maybe it was a lack of practical help, but either way, when we find ourselves in places like that it can be frustrating and even discouraging.  Why does God allow us to experience places like that?  He allows us to experience frustration sometimes so that He can get to places in our hearts that otherwise would not be exposed.  The heart of God is that we become more like Him.  Tough circumstances can turn us from our own reliance to reliance on God.

Action:

List the tough circumstances you are in right now.

Ask God what He is trying to show you in each of those circumstances.

Pray that God would help you to not only recognize what He is doing in you through that circumstance,  but that He would give you the courage to learn and grow through it as well.
