Isaiah 53:3

Natingnan na natin ang mga pagsubok at kabiguan bilang mga bagay na maaaring makasira sa atin. Nakita natin ang kagandahan, kaligayahan, at kalakasan na kayang ilabas ng Diyos mula sa mga pagkakataong ito. Tatalakayin ng gabay na ito ang hirap ng pagdurusa — ang kadahilanan at tamang pagtugon sa mga ito, katulad ng makikita natin kina Pedro, David, Pablo, Heman, at Kristo.
