Our Purpose 

There is nothing greater than knowing the ‘purpose of life’ for a person born in this world. If you don’t try to discover your purpose, you’re very likely to spend the rest of your life taking all the wrong turns. I believe that God created every person for a purpose. A famous psychologist once said, “Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life. Therefore, a person can neither be replaced nor can their life be repeated. Thus, everyone’s task is as unique as their specific opportunity to implement it.” Each of us has a purpose for which we were created. It is our responsibility and joy to identify it. 

Here are some ways to help you identify your purpose – Search your heart and find the strongest desire that sets your soul on fire. Ponder over the unique blend of abilities you have, the resources available to you and the opportunities around you. Make use of every opportunity that comes your way. Believe in your potential, use your talents which is given by God; use it for God. Do not belittle yourself. These words will surely stir up and bring into action the ‘purpose’ of your life. Finally, start doing them ‘Now’. Be blessed and be a blessing!

“Loving Father, I thank You for who I am. Thank You for my abilities and talents. Thank You for where I was born. Thank You for my friends. Help me to identify the purpose of my life. Bring out my fullest potential for Your glory, Amen.”
