IT’S NEVER TOO LATE FOR GOD!

When Jesus arrived at Lazarus' tomb four days after his death, both Mary and Martha experienced profound disappointment. However, Jesus did the impossible! He raised Lazarus from the dead, though he was in the tomb for four days.

God is never too late. He does not declare, “It’s too late, so nothing can be done.” Instead, He continually reaches out to us and helps us! What God seeks from us is simply to place our trust and hope in Him alone, allowing Him to work within our hearts and in our marriage.

As you read through this devotional prayerfully, God will expose the hidden factors that have destroyed the marriage. He will show us the lies we have believed in and the root cause for the problem we are facing. This revelation is not intended to shame us, but rather to rescue us.

No marriage is beyond the transformative power of the cross. Any marriage can be redeemed, restored, and renewed. We must be willing to surrender the mess into His hands, humble ourselves, and yield to the work of the Holy Spirit.

Even during the lengthy days, months, and years of your waiting, God has been working behind the scenes. The mere fact that you are reading this devotional serves as a testament that God has been working on your behalf.

Reflect on Isaiah 43:19, which states, “Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth…” Allow His transformative work in your life first, and then He will work in your spouse’s life.

We must actively cooperate with God in this journey. There may be times when God asks us to do things that challenge our comfort zones. We must be willing because God loves your spouse as deeply as He loves you. Are you surprised? Indeed, God cares for our spouse profoundly. He can work on your spouse through you if you’re willing.

As you engage with this devotional, allow the Holy Spirit to work in your heart. Note down what He insists and what He promises. When we obey Him, we will see miracles!

Prayer: Dear heavenly Father, thank You for helping me to understand that it's never too late! I believe You are able to transform our hearts and restore our marriage. I yield myself to Your work in me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
