Master, the Tempest Is Ragingනියැදිය

GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING!
The Psalmist declares that God is Omnipresent and Omniscient in Psalm 139, emphasizing that nothing is hidden from God. He sees everything and comprehends all aspects of our lives, which serves as a profound source of comfort.
At times, when circumstances appear stagnant and there is no visible change in our spouse, children, or in-laws, we may be tempted to believe that God is either unaware of our struggles or God does not care about what is happening in our lives. This is the lie of the enemy. We have a ‘God who sees’ us- El-Roi (Genesis 16:13).
When we believe his lie, we often resort to taking matters into our own hands and start doing what our flesh says or what others suggest. Ultimately, we give up very easily. Instead, we must believe and declare, “My God knows everything, nothing is hidden from Him. I believe that He is able to solve my problem better than anyone else.”
When you begin to place your faith in God, you will find Him actively working on your behalf. He will direct you towards the appropriate Word (Scriptures) and connect you with individuals who can provide godly counsel. Most importantly, He will open your eyes to see the situation the way He sees it.
But when we stop believing that God knows and sees everything, we will be giving the enemy a foothold in our marriage. The enemy, through his craftiness and lies, will drive us apart from each other, as outlined in John 10:10 —his plot is to steal, kill, and destroy every individual and every marriage. We must not allow him to do that. “Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” James 4:7
Often, we make God wait, and He is waiting to be involved in our lives and help us to identify the problems and resolve it. In our ignorance, we may spend time in anxiety and struggle, ultimately succumbing to fleshly desires or worldly ways.
As we continue with this devotional, your understanding of your identity in Christ will deepen, revealing how, with God's help, you can be victorious in any situation.
God will expose the enemy and his influence in both your personal life and marriage. When this revelation occurs, it is important that we refrain from justifying or rationalizing our actions. Instead, we must be willing to confess, repent, and be sanctified by the blood of Jesus.
Prayer: Dear heavenly Father, I acknowledge that You are a God who sees and knows everything in my life and in my heart. I believe only You can solve the issue of our hearts and transform our marriage. I yield myself and my marriage to Your work. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The disciples were caught in a storm while Jesus slept in their boat. They woke Him, pleading for help, and He miraculously calmed the storm. Similarly, in troubled marriages, we may seek God’s divine intervention, but God often focuses on transforming hearts. This devotional encourages opening our hearts to Jesus for the necessary support in a marital relationship. In order to restore a marriage relationship, God may sometimes choose just one spouse. You may be that one! We pray that this devotional will guide you in opening your heart to Jesus, allowing Him to provide the counsel you need.
