There is a specific way in which the gospel is to reach “Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8). Jesus builds his kingdom by equipping leaders to multiply. But many churches seem to have lost sight of this principle. In order to restore the culture of multiplication, significant changes will be needed in the paradigms of church leaders, moving away from “being a leader” to “making leaders.”
