Life-Giving Laws
Live by my standards, and obey my rules. You will have life through them. I am the LORD.

We don’t always like rules and regulations. We think they confine us and restrict our freedom. More often than we would like to admit, we inwardly rebel against rules and laws because they seem to tie us down. But God tells us that his laws are the pathways to freedom. His laws lead to life. In his wisdom, God has set standards and rules that protect us, help us make good choices, and show us how to live a full life. In his kindness, God gives us the strength to follow those laws and find the fulfillment he intends for us.
Grow in Wisdom Today
Praise God for his wise rules and standards. Do what you can to learn about God’s wise laws for your life.
