Paul wrote 2 letters to Timothy, a young protege to Paul. Timothy has planted a church and Paul is encouraging him through the ins and outs of church planting. His 2nd letter to Timothy is actually Paul's last letter and his most personal.

Paul wrote a letter to Titus, a Greek believer who was commissioned by Paul to straighten out some house churches in Crete. 

Paul wrote the letter to Philemon again from prison. Although it's his shortest letter it is one of the most powerful. He is writing to Philemon, a Roman believer, on behalf of Onesimus, a slave who has wronged Philemon.
