Don’t you just love watching a great movie? Afterwards, all you wanna do is tell your friends about how great the movie was—only, you have to resist the urge to give away all the good parts!

If you think about it, following Jesus can work the same way. As we follow Jesus, we can experience some great things—hope in tough situations, peace in the middle of life’s craziness, and even joy when things don’t go our way. And just like watching a great movie, we don’t have to keep all of this to ourselves!

Today, if you’re not a Jesus-follower yet, let this verse remind you that you are invited to follow Him! And if you are a Jesus-follower, challenge yourself to tell one person how great following Jesus has been for you—it’s okay to talk all about the good parts!
