D. Through Faith In God’s Word We Can Trust In God

• Faith defined: believing that you have something that does not exist in the physical, sensory, perceptive world that you live in

• This kind of faith is like sight, because by it we see (know) things

• By faith we see how God is working - by sight we see our troubles

• By faith we see what God has prepared for us - by sight we see our hopeless temporary situation
