Jesus, the Family, and You: A Counselor’s View
ExpandJesus states emphatically that in order to experience our highest worth as individuals and our deepest intimacy in relationship with Him, we must love Him more than we love our family. This class explores the dynamics of making that shift, and brings into view the hidden and overt strongholds, distorted beliefs, twisted loyalties, and idolatries that block that shift. Ways of making that shift are discussed and put into practice—both inside and outside of class. The class will be taught by Jim Foreman, a licensed marriage and family therapist, every Sunday at 8:45am (gathering at 8:30am), at Faith. The class will begin September 18th!
