3. The Living God Delivers the Cure
"In uncertain times we can be certain that the Living God is faithful!"

APPLICATION QUESTIONS:
1. Review the following passages and consider the truth about our God that they illustrate. Why is this especially comforting in these days? Psalm 90:1-2, 100:5, 102:26-27, 119:89; Isaiah 44:6-8, Revelation 4:8-11.

2. Are we able to know what God is doing in all situations? What is the danger of trying to impose upon God our thoughts, interpretations, and understandings? What do the following Scriptures inform us about God’s ways and our ways and understandings? Deuteronomy 29:29; Psalm 139:1-6; Ecclesiastes 3:11; Isaiah 45:15, 55:8-9; Romans 11:33-34.
3. We all have a virus and its name is sin. Ponder what it means in your own life to recognize that God has provided to all of us a vaccine and cure, and the blessedness resulting from this. Review the following Scriptures that affirm this truth: Psalm 86:5; 103:8-12; Isaiah 45:22, 55:7; Ephesians 1:7-8; Colossians 1:13-14; 1 Timothy 1:12-15.
4. Review Lamentations 3:19-26 and identify the promises and encouragements we find in these verses. Why are the truths of this text so important to us in our current crisis?
5. How have you experienced God at work in this season of Coronavirus? What is God teaching you in this time?
