Baptism is derived from the Greek word “baptizō”, which means
- to dip, to immerse, to submerge
- to cleanse by dipping or submerging, to wash, to make clean with water, to wash one's self

As followers of Jesus, We can be assured and walk in confidence that:
- You and I are SONS & DAUGHTER OF THE MOST HIGH GOD
- You and I are loved unconditionally
- You and I bring God great joy!
- You and I walk in the power of the Holy Spirit

It is symbolic of the transformation that happens at salvation
