A. A House of Unconditional Love
Take Away: Through Christ’s unconditional love, we can be vessels of God’s love to those in our family and show them they are valued no matter what.
B. A House of Discipline
Focus on the Family
**Focus on the Family has some great resources for this and can be found on their website by doing a search for "child discipline".
https://www.focusonthefamily.comTake Away: Discipline is a part of God’s portrait for a home centered on Him. When we learn to discipline those under us out of love and not anger or frustration, we will see the fruit of children being trained up to know God and His discipline in a greater way.
C. A House of Peace
Take Away: God’s peace is a significant part of God’s portrait of family. We can promote peace in our homes by ultimately centering our individual lives on Christ and then centering our homes on Him through prayer, unconditional love and communication.
