YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND A BOAT SAILING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION.
Jonah 1:3 NIV
Jonah was upstanding in every other way, yet he rebelled against God.
Rebellion is simply saying “no” to God.
You’re never farther from God than when you’re close to Him and say “no.”
One of satan’s primary roles is to give you peace about doing the wrong thing!
GOD MAY SEND A STORM TO GET YOUR ATTENTION.

Our disobedience always affects others.

Would you rather have the joy of the face of God, even if it means obeying God in a very difficult situation, or have the benefits of disobedience without God?
THE BOOK OF JONAH SHOWS YOU WHO THE REAL SAVIOR IS.
“I am Jonah.” I can also say, “I am Nineveh.”
The storm is not designed for retribution; it’s designed for restoration.
