Adam and Eve had the perfect relatinship with the Lord God...but they messed up...and God asks the simple question...
"Where are you?"
I get asked this a lot by God...but why?
1. We Hide
ɫ Genesis 3:10 (NIV) He answered, "I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.“
2.We Blame others
ɫ 12 The man said, "The woman you put here with me--she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it."
ɫ 13 God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."
3. We Rationalize
ɫ Genesis 3:1 (NIV) the serpent was more crafty…"Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"
4. We Blatantly parade sin as normal
ɫ 1 Corinthians 5:1-6 (NIV) A man has his father's wife…And you are proud! Shouldn't you rather have been filled with grief and have put out of your fellowship the man who did this? Your boasting is not good.

1.God gives hope.....seed of woman.
ɫ Genesis 3:15 (NIV) And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."
John 14:18 (NIV) (NIV) I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
ɫ Hebrews 13:5be content with what you have, God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
Isaiah 41:10 NIV “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Matthew 28:10 “and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
2. God gives mercy.....not what we deserve
ɫ NOT giving us what we deserve......
ɫ (Grace is giving us what we don’t deserve)
ɫ But there still are consequences to ones actions....
ɫ How can we share/ respond in mercy grace and hope into other people's lives?
