MEN’S RETREAT
Our annual Men’s Conference is being held on Fri. & Sat., Oct 14-15 in Lutherville, MD. This is a great time of fellowship and biblical encouragement. We invite all men to attend. We will travel to the conference each day instead of staying overnight. There is a sign up sheet in the lower foyer. Deadline for registration and payment ($50.00) is Sun. Sept 18. “SUBMERGED” VBS!
Join us for an adventure as we submerge ourselves deeper into God’s word and learn how Jesus sees us, saves us, and knows us. This year’s VBS STARTS TOMORROW! It will run from 9:00 am till 12:30 pm each day. Please take some fliers in the foyer and invite as many children as you can! For more info or to register, please visit www.doverassembly.com/vbs.
OUTDOOR YARD SALE
There will be a “rent-a-space” yard sale on Saturday, July 23 from 8:00-11:00. Weather permitting, it will be held outside in the parking lot. The cost for the space will be $10 and you are able to keep your proceeds. This will benefit the Benevolence ministries of the church. Please sign up in the upper foyer if you are interested in having a table.
MEMBERSHIP CLASS
A membership class is scheduled for Saturday, July 30 at 9:00 am. All those who have indicated an interest in becoming a member, please be sure to attend this meeting.

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
As we continue to grow, we would like to expand our Greeter, Hostess and Usher Ministries. If you would like to be a part of one of these vibrant ministries, please put your name and ministry name on the blue card in the pew rack and place it in the offering. We will be in touch. Thank you!
MISSIONS OPPORTUNITY
Our church has an opportunity to be involved in a missionary ministry out reach. Dustin Wible will be going to Africa in September and is collecting toothbrushes, gently used soccer balls, Christian material and books for Kenya Connect. Kenya Connect is a non-profit working in rural Kenya to strengthen education with 55 partner schools.
Toothbrushes will be given to the children at schools and soccer balls are greatly appreciated (most schools use bunched up plastic bags for balls). Kenya Connect has a small library and gently used books—especially information books like DK Books, National Geographic series, early readers, and picture books will be brought over. To learn more about the work of Kenya Connect visit www.kenyaconnect.org or ask Dustin. We will be setting up bins in the foyer for collections. All donations are appreciated.
R.O.C.K, GIRLS MINISTRIES & RANGER LEADERS
We are in the process of replacing the wooden cabinets in each of the rooms. Please schedule a time to have a clean- out and re-organize day.
TITHES & OFFERINGS
We appreciate of all those who are faithful in giving of their tithes and offerings on a consistent basis. We do ask that everyone please remember to continue your faithfulness while you are away on your summer vacations and get-a-ways. Our expenses do not take vacations. Thank you in advance!
