It is our hope that you are able to connect with the God that loves you and experience the change that comes through growth.<br><br><b>Do you have kids?</b><br>We have awesome environments for them to learn about God on their level, babies through 6th grade. If you've got a fussy baby, there is a family room out the rear east door of the sanctuary with live feed of the service and access to a nursing room as well.<br><br><b>Is this your first time?</b><br>Everyone here had a first time at some point, and we're glad you're here with us. <b>HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!</b><br><br><b>Marshall Family Welcome Dinner Sunday, July 14th! </b>Come celebrate the Marshall family (Travis, Kim, Mackenna, Kate and Bailey), and welcome them to Oroville on Sunday, July 14th from 4:00 to 6:30pm (childcare provide through 2nd grade). The Church is providing tri-tip; we ask you to bring a side dish, salad and/or dessert. Please complete the RSVP insert so we know how much food to provide.<br><br>This welcome ceremony includes a celebration of Oroville Church of the Nazarene's story over the past half-century as we look to our future. If you have a unique or memorable story related to the Rock Church or Washington Street Church, Work and Witness Trip, PLNU connection, building our current building, or impact of youth ministry/outreach (camp, NYC, Quizzing), please write it in a brief description on the back of the insert; someone will call you.<br><br><b>MEMBERSHIP CLASS</b>: For those interested in joining us on mission as members of the Oroville Nazarene Church, our two-week Membership class is Sundays, Jun 23 and 30, 3-5pm, in the Fellowship Hall. This class is designed to give you a better understanding of what we believe God has called us to do in our community and how you can be a part of helping us make that happen. Please fill out a white info card, or contact the church office, if interested in attending.<br><br><b>FINANCE UPDATE</b>: In an effort to increase financial transparency, it is the goal of the church’s Finance Team to give the congregation monthly updates on OroNaz’s financial status. The church’s congregation has been incredibly faithful through this past season of transition and hardship. Despite challenges and difficulties, OroNaz has been able to stay within its budget. In addition, OroNaz has prioritized to pay its Shares to Others, which is our contributions to Church of the Nazarene. Erin Meier, missionary doctor in Papua New Guinea, came and spoke to our congregation and was given a Love Offering of $10,492. Thank you for your faithfulness during this long season of transition, waiting, and preparation. We greatly anticipate the arrival of Lead Pastor Travis Marshall, and we look forward to developing a plan to bring long term financial stability to OroNaz. Currently serving on the church’s Finance Team is Kolleen Wells, Kenn Bishop, Vern Englund, David Connor, and Joey McCoy.
