BREAKTHROUGH WORD
Last Sunday we focused on David and a passage out of 1 Samuel 30. We saw that when David was facing his enemy he went first to the Lord. He encouraged himself in the Lord.
Now we find David again under another enemy attack. And he goes back to the Lord. David keeps going to Lord because he is looking for a BREAKTHROUGH WORD.
We need to follow the example of David and go to God and get our BREAKTHROUGH WORD.

HE SEES YOU
The Philistines knew that David had been anointed as King of Israel. They knew that he had just received something special.
The enemy SEES YOU. He SEES when you've received an anointing from God. He doesn’t know exactly what that anointing is for. He doesn’t know what plans God has for you. But he SEES YOU. It is in those times when the enemy wants to destroy your testimony, he wants to destroy your drive, he wants to destroy your faith in God.
The enemy doesn’t always try to discourage us. Sometimes his trick it to ENCOURAGE us. He tricks you into thinking that YOU can conquer the world all by yourself.
Again, we must follow the example of David. David knew that his enemy was coming after him. But he found a place where he could run and get alone with God and ask God what to do.
We have to run to stronghold, we have to run to the Spiritual Armory and receive what we need for the fight. Find your power in our stronghold Christ Jesus.

We serve the God of the breakthroughs. When the enemy comes to attack, you don’t need to flee and retreat… you don’t have to stand in your own strength. When the enemy comes against you, you have run to the stronghold called Jesus Christ then know that God will provide the victory. You need to inquire of Him and know that He will provide the victory. He will give you the BREAKTHROUGH WORDthat you need.
