"Peace" (Shalom) - bears the idea of wholeness and overall well-being. It encompasses the entirety/ALL of the person!
"Makers" - demands that we understand that the person is not passive, but is an intentional source of peace.
"Peacemakers" - describes one who actively pursues peace in its fullness. He pursues more than the absence of conflict; he pursues wholeness and well-being!

Jesus is our supreme example of sacrificial aggression in bringing peace!
• By becoming "our peace," Jesus dispensed His peace in our hearts.
