WHAT DOES SELF-SEEKING LEAD TO IN RELATIONSHIPS?

James 4:1-3

Self-seeking in relationships always leads to ___________.

For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will
find disorder and evil of every kind. - James 3:16

The greatest among you will be your servant. – Matthew 23:11

HOW DO WE CHOOSE SELFLESS OVER SELF-SEEKING?

1) BE A ______________.

In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (in Greek her name is
Dorcas); she was always doing good and helping the poor. - Acts 9:36

2) TAKE A ________________.

One day Jesse said to David, “Take this basket of roasted grain and
these ten loaves of bread, and carry them quickly to your brothers.
18... See how your brothers are getting along, and bring back a
report on how they are doing.” - 1 Samuel 17:17-18

So he got up from the table, took off his robe, wrapped a towel
