In 605 BC, the Babylonian army besieged the city of Jerusalem. King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon took the city and from there took sacred articles from the Temple of God along with prisoners and returned to Babylon. He placed the articles from the Holy Temple into the temples of his pagan gods.
“During the reigns of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed or conquered. It will crush all these kingdoms into nothingness, and it will stand forever. That is the meaning of the rock cut from the mountain, though not by human hands, that crushed to pieces the statue of iron, bronze, clay, silver, and gold. Daniel 2:44-45 NLT
But there are some Jews—Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego...they refuse to serve your gods and do not worship the gold statue you have set up.
The Fourth Man in the Fire has:

3) Never left you nor forsaken you - He is the God who rescues
