Spirit Lead Me
In a world where people are mostly led by what they tangibly see and hear, it's imperative that as people of faith, we continually follow the leading of the Holy Spirit! He speaks to us through God's Word, time in prayer, others, and day to day moments where you sense and know what to do or what not to do, what to say or not, where to go or not. It takes practice like anything else...start by praying for the Holy Spirit to lead you!

We take time as a church to fast and pray more. Please consider what food or meal you can give up to spend more time with Jesus praying for our church, city and more! Starts February 3rd after the Super Bowl through sundown Tuesday!

Join us for some fun, food and we'll hear from guys like Demario Davis, Kirk Cousins, Case Keenum and more via video. This Sunday is always great to invite those neighbors, family or friends that are into the game of pigskin!
Ladies Bible Study | Third Thursdays | Biggby (Columbia) | 6:30-8pm
Grab a warm drink and join Pastor Jill and other ladies as we go through the book of James!
3rd Sunday Prayer | 5-6pm | Calhoun Christian School | Dec 16th
Join other adults (students are at youth group;-) at Calhoun Christian School from 5-6pm for a time of prayer. Stay for a few minutes or the whole time! Facilitated by Dan and Shannon Frizzo.

While there are lots of different things to give our money to, tithing to the storehouse, or the church, is always first (see scriptures at bottom). All giving is tax deductible when done through online, text or in an envelope that includes your information.
What different options does 3C have to give?

Check | Checks payable to 3C | Please use an envelope for all giving using checks. Please mark the envelope accordingly and note what you are giving to (tithe, etc.)!
Cash | Please use an envelope for all cash gifts, even if you don’t want giving credit. Mark the envelope as to where you are giving to. This helps our records and integrity!
What different ministries can I give to within 3C?
Tithe: Always done first before anything else...the tithe goes to the storehouse (church, see below starting with Malachi 3). Tithing supports the work of the local church, including paying bills, insurance, payroll, benevolence, outreach and more!
Connect The City: 3Cers are carriers and givers of God's love! One way to share God's love is by helping people here in the City and surrounding areas through benevolence and more.
Missions: 3C supports New Reality International (NRI)/Project 7, a ministry in Haiti that helps kids who are orphans or in extreme poverty.

Yet you rob me.“But you ask, ‘How are we robbing you?’“In tithes and offerings. 9 You are under a curse—your whole nation—because you are robbing me. 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Matthew 23:23 “What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens,[a] but you ignore the more important aspects of the law—justice, mercy, and faith. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.
Tithing is not just an Old Testament thing...it was introduced before the Old Testament Law (Genesis), regulated through the Law, attached to promises in the Old Testament and then approved and emphasized by Jesus in the New Testament (above). When you tithe, you further align with God's way of life and trust Him with everything!
Psalm 34:8 O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good; How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him!
