These are the Royal Pregnancy Rules Meghan Markle Has To Follow.

1.No baby showers.

2.No revealing the gender until the baby is born.

3.Midwives are a must, and they will be sworn to secrecy and sobriety.

4.No body-conscious clothing, and no cleavage.

5.Toes must be covered.

6.The Queen must be the first to know when the baby is born.

7.Then there will be an official announcement outside of Buckingham Palace.

8.Then, there will be a 62-gun salute.

9.The baby MUST wear the same christening gown as the royal babies that came before.

10.A long maternity is expected.

11.Meghan must take a glamour shot right after childbirth to make all women laugh about how they did NOT look like that after childbirth.
1 Peter 2:9-10 (NIV)
9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 10 Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
Spiritual Discipline:
an activity that develops my relationship with Jesus, improves my spiritual growth, and aligns my heart with the Holy Spirit.
1 Timothy 4:7-8 (NASB)
7 But have nothing to do with worldly fables fit only for old women. On the other hand, discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness; 8 for bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
7 Spiritual Disciplines

1. Meditate on God’s Word
Psalm 1:1-2 (NIV)
1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

2.Thank God
1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV)
18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

3. Pray
Philippians 4:6 (NIV)
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

4. Tithe/Generosity
Malachi 3:10 (NIV)
10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

5. Serving
1 Peter 4:9-10 (NIV)
9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

6. Fasting
Matthew 6:16-18 (NIV)
16 “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 17 But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18 so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

7. Me and We Worship
Psalm 22:3 (NKJV)
3 But You are holy,Enthroned in the praises of Israel.

Hebrews 10:25 (NIV)
25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Discipline Challenge

1.List out the 7 disciplines in order of difficulty, easiest to hardest.
2.At the top, write WHY you want to practice these disciplines.
3.Take the first discipline, and do it consistently for 3 weeks.
4.After 3 weeks, add in the next discipline on the list.

Starting in the month of December 2018, you can create all 7 spiritual disciplines by the end of June 2019!
