It is very difficult to solve a problem when you don’t know what’s wrong to begin with
Romans 7:18-19 NIV
We are all born into Adam
Through Adam, sin entered the world
Sin a noun (not just a verb)
When Adam sinned, it was as if all of us sinned
Romans 7:24 What a wretched man I am!
“WHAT” cannot rescue you
“WHO” rescues you

The solution is a person
Romans 7:25 Thanks be to God who delivers me THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 5:19:
The death of Jesus frees you from the power of sin over your life
Romans 6:2 We are those who have died to sin;

Baptized: To put something IN something. To immerse IN something
Taken out of Adam and placed into Christ
What is true of Jesus is now true of you

You are FREE from the power of sin
