There are only 3 sources of counsel: God, Man, and Satan.
Be taken captive by God’s word!
Main Point
If you want to build right, stay on the line.
Verse to memorize
Deuteronomy 12:32 ““Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it.”
What now?
Submit to God’s counsel: get on the line and stay on the line.
Reflect
1. Read Ephesians 5 how are we tempted to add or subtract from the line of God’s counsel? Try to apply this to another Scripture throughout the week.
2. Whose counsel has been shaping me most lately? Particularly focus on areas of turmoil or struggle in your life?
This week
This week instead of asking “What do I want to do?” ask, “What has God said?”

Give Online
Church family, we praise God for how faithfully in so many respects you give. Our church family is undeniably generous, but we still have great needs for supplication. We ask that you give joyfully, faithfully and sacrificially in response to how our great God and Savior has given to us.
