If you could instantly become really good at one skill or hobby, what would you choose and why?

When you think about your faith journey, what do you think you’ve traditionally considered the “end goal” of following Jesus? Has that idea changed at all after hearing this past weeks message?

Pastor Jonathan talked about Jesus being our “Compass” What is one area of your life where it can be helpful to stop and ask, “Jesus, how would You have me be more like You here?"

Galatians 5 describes the fruit the Holy Spirit produces in our lives—things like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, and self-control. Which of these comes most naturally to you, and which one is an area where you would love to see God grow you?

What do you think is the difference between simply believing the right things about Jesus, doing the right things, and actually becoming more like Jesus? Why is that distinction important?

When you think about the people who have influenced your faith journey, who is someone whose life reminds you of Jesus in some way? What part of them that “looks like Jesus” stands out to you?

As you think about that verse, what would it look like for you to live more like Jesus in your everyday life—not just in what you do, but in who you are becoming?

Closing Prayer
Jesus, thank You for inviting us to follow You along the way. Help us remember that the goal isn’t simply to know more, do more, or arrive at the right destination, but to become more and more like You. Give us eyes to see the areas of our lives that need to change and hearts that are willing to surrender to Your Spirit. When we face decisions, relationships, challenges, opportunities, and ordinary moments, help us ask, “Jesus, how would You have me be more like You here?” Keep us pointed toward You as our True North, and continue shaping our lives to look more like Yours. Amen.
