The average American spends 136 minutes a day on social media.
Americans average only 35 minutes per day intentionally socializing face to face.
This means over a lifetime (ages 13–80), if those patterns stay consistent, we’ll have spent approximately six years and four months (2,311 days) on social media compared with only about a year and eight months (594 days) intentionally socializing face to face with friends and family in real life!
