Many men are carrying things they don’t often have space to talk about—faith, pressure, relationships, purpose, struggles, growth. Pathways is exploring a renewed vision for men’s ministry that creates meaningful spaces for connection, prayer, encouragement, accountability, and spiritual formation. Rather than a one-size-fits-all weekly program, we’re considering a mix of gatherings, from small roster cohorts that run 4-6 weeks long, mentoring relationships, and relational opportunities that fit different seasons and needs. How do I find my small group? There are 3 main channels through which someone could find a small group experience at Pathways: 1. The Sunday morning groups at 9:15am (hybrid in person and on Zoom) 2. The various serving Ministry Teams (contact Pastor Jonathan) 3. Joining a Rooted Experience group (held seasonally), or a regularly occurring small group Which group will become your small church family? Pray for His guidance, reach out to Pastor Jonathan (jder@pathwaysbc.org), and then take the step of faith.
