While for some, Mother's Day is a time to celebrate their mothers, mothers who have cared for them, encouraged them, and loved them. For others, moms, dads, and children alike, Mother's Day can be a painful reminder of what you might call the source of suffering.

Eve was, in fact, the source of suffering for the world.

Mary was also the source of suffering, but also the source of something else.
