Key Theme:
Christian freedom is not autonomy but transfer of ownership. Believers are freed from sin in order to be bound to Christ and therefore must reject compromise and pursue holiness with both body and soul.
Key Application:
Cease negotiation with sin, and instead actively restructure your life to flee temptation early and intentionally. Glorify God in your body, recognizing that you belong to Him.
Key Verses:
1 Corinthians 6:19b-20 “You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
Key Questions:
1. What are some “series of choices” in your life that tend to lead you toward sin?
2. Where are you currently tolerating proximity to temptation instead of fleeing from it?
3. Do you truly believe that God’s boundaries lead to greater freedom? Why or why not?

Give Online
Church family, we praise God for how faithfully in so many respects you give. Our church family is undeniably generous, but we still have great needs for supplication. We ask that you give joyfully, faithfully and sacrificially in response to how our great God and Savior has given to us.
