It is finished! Have you ever wondered what those words really mean?
1. What was finished was God’s plan of salvation.
2. What was finished was the door of access to a relationship with God Himself was opened.
3. What was finished was the payment of the price for our sins was made.
4. What was finished was God’s plan to prepare us for a life of holiness and an eternity with Him.
5. What was finished was God’s gift of hope…the one thing we all need to truly live and find strength until that day when we will finally be with Him in heaven.
So what does all of this mean?

A. It means that in Christ, we are created anew (who we were is not now who we are or who we will be as we live for Him)
B. It means that in Christ, we are called to a whole new way of life that reflects Him - transformation!
C. It means that in Christ, we have life, and that more abundantly.
D. It means that in Christ we are forgiven.
E. It means that in Christ, we have hope.
