Your Sacred Year - Week 13- Psalm 23 (Palm Sunday)

Your Sacred Year - Week 13- Psalm 23 (Palm Sunday)

Your Sacred Year is a discipleship journey through the story of Scripture, inviting us to slow down, listen, and center our lives on God. Over 52 weeks, we will walk through 52 essential chapters of the Bible, discovering who God is, who we are, and how we are invited to live. This is more than a sermon series. It is an invitation to let God shape our faith, form our lives, and lead us into a year that is set apart, purposeful, and deeply rooted in him.

Message: The Shepherd in the Valley

My Good Shepherd

A Table Before Me
Goodness and Love will Follow Me
hey
These questions are here to help you lead a great small group. Whether you meet at home, at work, or at church, use this simple practice:
E – Encourage
Focus on encouraging each other. Start with a win or something good.
S – Scripture
Read the passage from Sunday out loud. Let it lead the way.
P – Pray
Use the discussion questions. End by praying together.
N – Next Step
Look for one way to help each other take a next step with Jesus.
You do not need to know it all. Just show up, stay open, and trust that God will move.
Have you ever been around sheep or a shepherd if so when?

Read Psalm 23 together.

Which part of Psalm 23 stands out to you the most right now, and why?

In the message, we talked about how the crowd on Palm Sunday misunderstood what Jesus was doing. Where do you see that happening in Luke 19, and why do you think they missed it?

Can you think of a time in your life when you did not understand what God was doing in the moment, but later saw His goodness and love? What changed your perspective?

Which of these is hardest for you right now:
Slowing down to sit with Jesus
Not giving the enemy a seat at the table
Trusting God in the valley
Why?

Who is one person you can invite this week, and what is one practical step you will take to do it?
