PART 1: The Power of Humility

The world says:
- Promote yourself
- Build your brand
- Be first

But the Kingdom says:
- God lifts up the humble.
- Humility is not weakness.
- Humility is strength under God’s authority.

1. Humility Begins With the Right View of God

When we truly see God’s holiness, we become convicted of pride.

Pride says:
- I did this
- I deserve this
- I earned this

Humility says:
- God gave this
- God allowed this
- God deserves the glory

2. Pride Repels God. Humility Attracts Him.

Grace means:
- Favor
- Empowerment
- Supernatural Help

When you walk in humility, you position yourself where God’s power can flow into your life and through your life.

3. Jesus Is the Ultimate Example of Humility

Though He was God, He humbled Himself.

He came as a servant.
He washed feet.
He served people.

Humility is not thinking less of yourself.
Humility is thinking of yourself less.

Jesus knew who He was, but He chose to serve.

4. Humility Leads to Honor

God’s kingdom works in reverse. The way up is down.

You never have to promote yourself when God is the one lifting you.

Here is 3 questions to ask yourself:
- Do I give God credit for what He’s done in my life?
- Am I quick to serve others?
- Do I welcome correction?

Humility keeps our hearts soft toward God.

When we stay humble, God can trust us with more.
